Story

In renovation of Chalous’s Villa, despite maintaining the structure and facilities, not only the form of the building has changed significantly but also there was a serious reform in the plan. Among these fundamental changes are the fallowing: Removing redundant internal walls to create an airy space and widening the glass surfaces in the facade to lighten the interior, creating a void in the first glance to understand spatial relationships and expose sea view at the moment of entering, adding the extension to the east to expand the scale of the living room on the ground floor and saving the privacy of master bedroom, on the first floor, connecting ground floor terrace to basement and reusing the recreational aspects of the basement. Finally, the project's design was completed with the addition of a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, lighting elements, pavilions and playgrounds.
