Story

Daryan Villa, which is located in the cold region and has a wide view of the northern mountains, is faced with different demands of functional spaces and programmatic elements. This villa is a roof for two families with common and different needs. The living spaces of parents and their children are separated for each family's independence. In addition to this separation, independent spaces were also designed for guests due to the employer's religious and cultural background. By choosing dark brick as the main material of the facade, in addition to making maximum use of the thermal capacity of the brick, an opportunity was provided for a visual contrast with the white cement used in other parts, this contrast added to the aesthetic quality of the facade as one of the distinctive features of the villa. Special entrance design with aesthetic and climatic approaches, wide southern windows, a semi-private courtyard formed in the center of the building, simultaneous extroversion and introversion of the project, spaces with double height to improve lighting and spatial diversity, covered and open terraces, separation of Private and public spaces are part of the ideas used in the design of this villa.
