Marivan Medical Building with an area of approximately 1050 square meters is located in one of the main boulevards of Marivan city. The ground floor and the mezzanine are used as a pharmacy, and the upper floors are intended for doctors' offices. On the top floor and roof of the building, a cafe is included in the project. This space not only enhances the quality of service for visitors but also provides an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful city view during tense waiting times. Previously, the building's entrance and staircase were positioned in the narrow alley. Using specific materials, formal design, and a small green corridor on the ground floor, the goal was to visually active the second facade of the building. This diagonal movement begins from the perspective of pedestrians on the ground floor and finally marks the stairs. Finally, the high-quality implementation of the structure and highlighted spaces (waiting area) are distictive features of project's design.
