Sepidar residential Complex is a high-rise building, which has strong influence in the region because of its height and its impacts on the surrounding neighborhood. The idea that forms this high-rise building was the concept to fit the form of the building with its low-lying neighborhoods. The inviting property of the building Strengthened by incorporating green spots in the negative spaces and an aluminum shell covered the building to control light and visibility. Finally, the mobility of the louvres in addition to the sun direction, creates different facades.
