Attar Building for its special situation, required an attractive and unique facade. Due to its direct contact with the outside, the ground floor was considered different from other floors but in harmony with the entire façade. After determining the level of openness given to other floors, based on interior spaces, the walls around the opening connected to recessed windows with different slopes. Since the southern facade receives the greatest amount of light, during the day according to the sun's direction, these different slopes provide Various radiation angles in interior spaces. In the interior, the pattern used in the facade was extended to the inside and created negative spaces providing a good place to grow plants and induce a sense of calm and peace.
