Story

No.1 Residential Project located in Molavi sq. is owned by a businessman that chose this street for building his modern home with a special artistic quality. This is duo to sense of belonging and proximity to work. Thus the change of people’s perception of the level of regional architecture and transform the project into a functional sculpture that inspires a residential space at the same time is one of main goals of the project. Some of the ideas in the design of the building include: connecting the western and southern side of facade with terraces and windows, green roof with a city view, multi-functional and flexible space with movable walls, skylight over void by using glass in the roof, suspended stairs, a central fireplace for the living room.
